An online masterlist is provided to supply metadata for many plugins that need it, while users can make their own metadata additions, which are saved in their userlist. As such, LOOT provides a mechanism for supplying additional plugin metadata so that it may sort them correctly. While LOOT is able to calculate correct load order positions for the vast majority of plugins using only their content, it cannot do so for all plugins. In addition, it provides a large number of plugin-specific usage notes, bug warnings and Bash Tag suggestions for Wrye Bash. LOOT also provides some load order error checking, including checks for requirements, incompatibilities and cyclic dependencies. It is designed to assist mod users in avoiding detrimental conflicts, by automatically calculating a load order that satisfies all plugin dependencies and maximises each plugin’s impact on the user’s game. LOOT is a plugin load order optimiser for TES IV: Oblivion, TES V: Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 4. Does anyone know any other program I can use to put my mods in the correct load order? I'm not experienced enough to know what goes where in order. So I can't get LOOT to work with Fallout 4 and I plan on installing a bunch of mods come tomorrow.

In fact, it failed to see any when run from outside of MO2. LOOT was able to correctly 'find' Fallout 4 but still wasn't able to see any plugins when run from inside MO2. UPDATE: Well, unfortunately this didn't work. It's the latest version of both the mod and Place Everywhere, I have a place.ini file in my Plugins folder, I'm not running FOSE as an admin, I'm launching via FOSE, and other mods I. I've installed Place Everywhere via Nexus Mod manager and it doesn't seem to be working. So, I feel like I've exhaused relevant threads on this topic for ideas on what might be wrong here, so I'm posting this. It doesnt seem to find my fallout 4 game. I then uninstalled all mods, reinstalled the game & added new mods, then I tried to use loot to do the load order but it didnt work. Hi, i dont understand whats going on with LOOT.
